Globe is taking another step toward empowering Filipinos to create meaningful impact with the integration of the Kaagapay Donations Portal into the GlobeOne app. This new feature puts compassion within easy reach, allowing users to support social welfare programs, disaster relief operations, and community care centers with just a few taps.

The integration reflects Alagang Globe in action — using technology to bring people closer to causes that matter. Through the Kaagapay Donations Portal, users can send cash or in-kind donations directly to over 900 accredited social welfare and development agencies (SWDAs) under the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD). These partner organizations provide vital services for children, the elderly, persons with disabilities, women, and communities recovering from calamities.

Donors can also extend help to DSWD disaster response efforts, including those aiding victims of recent typhoons Mirasol, Nando, and Opong, as well as the 6.9 magnitude earthquake in Cebu. The portal channels aid to the DSWD Disaster Response Management Group and the National Resource Operations Center, ensuring the efficient delivery of food, non-food items, and relief goods to affected areas. Contributions can be made through Landbank or e-wallets like GCash, while in-kind donations can be sent via accredited couriers.

“We thank Globe Telecom for its steadfast commitment to supporting the government’s efforts in promoting a culture of giving and volunteerism,” said DSWD Secretary Rex Gatchalian. “Through the Kaagapay Donations Portal in the GlobeOne App, Globe has made it easier for Filipinos to extend help where it is needed most. This partnership highlights the spirit of compassion and collective responsibility that fuels inclusive public service.”

The platform also connects users to DSWD’s Centers and Residential Care Facilities such as the Area Vocational Rehabilitation Center (AVRC III), which offers livelihood and rehabilitation programs for persons with disabilities, and the Bahay Silungan Community Center in Quezon City, which provides shelter and assistance for displaced individuals and families.

“By embedding the Kaagapay Donations Portal in the GlobeOne app, we are giving Filipinos a simple and convenient way to show care where it matters,” said Yoly Crisanto, Globe’s Chief Sustainability and Corporate Communications Officer. “This reflects our mission to use technology as a force for social good, strengthening communities and supporting the country’s most vulnerable.”

Globe Chief Commercial Officer Darius Delgado added, “Technology is most powerful when it connects people through compassion and shared purpose. With the Kaagapay integration, we’re making it easier for Filipinos to turn their digital access into real-world impact.”

To donate, users can simply open the GlobeOne app, tap Essentials, and select Kaagapay Donations. Globe customers can also support partner NGOs by signing up for GoGIVE under Check These Out! or by donating Globe Rewards points through the Rewards section of the app.

Through Kaagapay, Globe continues to prove that connectivity goes beyond the digital — it’s also about connecting hearts in service of others.
