Globe Business launches new Digitest tool to help enterprises accelerate digital transformation

In a business environment where technology evolves faster than most companies can keep up, many Philippine enterprises continue to grapple with a basic question: where exactly do they stand in their digital transformation journey? Seeking to give leaders clarity, direction, and a concrete roadmap for growth, Globe Business has introduced Digitest, a digital maturity assessment tool unveiled during the latest edition of Blueprint, Globe’s quarterly technology and digital inclusion forum.

Digitest was created to help organizations understand their level of digital readiness and identify the most critical steps they need to take next. Grounded in Globe Business’ Digital Maturity Assessment Model, the tool guides users through an intuitive questionnaire that evaluates their preparedness across six interconnected dimensions: vision and strategy, customer experience and channels, operations and processes, data and technology readiness, people and capabilities, and investment and prioritization. These categories reflect the building blocks of long-term digital success, allowing companies to see which areas are strong, which need attention, and how their overall maturity aligns with their future ambitions.

After completing the assessment, businesses receive a personalized report outlining their current stage in the five-level Digitest maturity model. Companies in the Observer stage typically have limited digital adoption and minimal investment in technology, while those in the Explorer category have begun experimenting with automation and early digital initiatives. Organizations classified as Adopters already use digital tools more consistently to support growth, whereas Proficient enterprises have integrated technology deeply into everyday operations. At the highest tier are Innovators—businesses for whom digital adoption is core, backed by advanced technologies and sophisticated automation.

Globe Business emphasizes that Digitest was designed not just to analyze but to empower. KD Dizon, VP and Head of Globe Business, said the tool was built to help organizations navigate uncertainty with confidence. She explained that many companies pursue digital transformation without a clear way to measure progress, making it difficult to set priorities or sustain momentum. Digitest aims to bridge that gap by providing data-backed insights and actionable recommendations, including Globe Business solutions that support each stage of an enterprise’s evolution.

Dizon underscored that digital transformation is ultimately a journey of growth, but without a clear understanding of maturity, organizations often stall or pour resources into initiatives that don’t move the needle. Digitest offers a structured, strategic way forward, allowing companies to innovate with purpose and plan their next steps with clarity.

Through this new tool, Globe Business further strengthens its role as a long-standing partner for enterprise modernization. Digitest enables organizations to transform assessment into action, operationalize insights quickly, and pursue continuous, high-impact innovation that contributes to a more competitive and digitally empowered Philippines.
