An order comes in. Then comes the work of getting it out the door: calculating shipping fees, choosing a box, booking a shipment, and preparing a waybill. For online sellers handling these tasks one parcel at a time, a growing order list can quickly become a growing workload.
LBC Express and Philippine e-commerce platform Menue are bringing those steps together, with LBC shipping now built directly into Menue online stores. The integration connects checkout with shipment preparation, helping sellers get orders ready for delivery with fewer manual tasks.
At checkout, Menue automatically determines the appropriate LBC box size and displays the shipping fee based on LBC’s Philippine shipping rates. Once the customer places an order, the system creates the shipping booking and generates a printable LBC waybill.
Sellers can manage these steps from a single order screen, making fulfillment easier to handle as orders come in.
“Online sellers ship with LBC every day, and we want to make that experience even easier. Working with Menue brings LBC online booking, shipping fees, and waybills into their own online stores, so orders can come to LBC already booked and ready to ship,” said Jerome Santos, Executive Vice President – Corporate Sales of LBC Express.
The partnership addresses a familiar challenge for online businesses: keeping up with the work that follows each sale. By automating routine shipping preparations, the integration gives sellers more time to focus on customers, products, and running their stores.
“Sellers were preparing every LBC parcel themselves and working out the shipping fee for each customer with the LBC rates calculator. Now their own store handles the LBC booking, box, waybill, and fee the moment the customer checks out. That is what an e-commerce platform built for the Philippines should do,” said Khaled Nakawa, Director, Menue.
One business using the platform is Aldimashqi Grocery, a dry goods store that ships online orders outside Metro Manila through LBC. Through the integration, it can manage its online orders and LBC shipping within the same platform, keeping sales and shipment preparation connected.
Beyond shipping, Menue lets businesses create their own branded online stores and accept payments through GCash, Maya, QR Ph, and cards. Plans start at ₱1,200 per month, with 0% commission on sales.
For entrepreneurs building their own online storefronts, the partnership puts an essential part of daily operations closer to every sale. With LBC shipping built into Menue, the journey from a confirmed order to a parcel ready for dispatch becomes simpler to manage.
