American semiconductor equipment manufacturer KLA topped the regional ranking with a perfect score of 100, followed by JPMorgan Chase in second place and Australian design company Canva in third. Microsoft ranked fourth, followed by Sony Corporation in fifth and Toymaker LEGO placed sixth.

The remaining four ranks were occupied by the Toyota Group at  seventh place, video game company Nintendo at eighth, Google’s parent company Alphabet at ninth and financial technology firm Wise at tenth overall.

According to TIME, the Asia-Pacific ranking covered 500 companies selected from an initial pool of more than 7,000 businesses with significant operations in the region.

TIME and data firm Statista based the assessment on surveys involving more than 80,000 employees across Asia-Pacific, conducted from 2024 to 2026. The methodology considered employees’ willingness to recommend their current or former employers, as well as their perceptions of other companies within their respective industries.

Unlike corporate rankings based on revenue, profitability or market capitalization, the assessment focused on workplace reputation and employee recommendations.
