Federal Express Corporation (FedEx) is strengthening its footprint at Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA), strategically relocating both its Manila gateway and FedEx Worldwide Service Center to make international shipping faster, easier, and more accessible for customers.
The move places the FedEx Worldwide Service Center just minutes away from NAIA Terminals 1 to 4, giving travelers and businesses a more convenient option for shipping excess baggage, souvenirs, and urgent packages abroad. The new site is designed to better serve a broad customer base, from tourists and online sellers to micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) and large corporations engaged in both business-to-consumer and business-to-business cross-border trade.
At the same time, the FedEx Manila Gateway has transferred to Asinan 2A-3, SM Asinan Warehouse Complex in La Huerta, Parañaque City, where it will continue to support the company’s logistics operations across Metro Manila, including the handling of specialized shipments. The facility also strengthens FedEx’s broader domestic network alongside its existing gateway in Clark, Pampanga.
“We’re enabling Philippine businesses to scale globally with confidence and enhancing the end-to-end experience for exporters and importers. By expanding our presence in the high-access NAIA hub, we’re helping customers benefit from faster, more seamless connectivity,” said Maribeth Espinosa, managing director of FedEx Philippines.
The relocation underscores FedEx’s push to improve customer experience at one of the country’s busiest transport gateways, while giving exporters, importers, and everyday shippers more direct access to international delivery services.
Further expanding its reach, FedEx has also grown its network of Authorized Ship Centers to more than 300 locations across the Philippines. These sites are expected to make shipping and returns more convenient nationwide, while giving businesses access to digital tools and logistics support that can help them connect with global customers more efficiently.
