Eton Properties is giving Eton Centris a broader role in Quezon City’s commercial landscape, adding a major new community hub as it accelerates the redevelopment of Centris Station into a more active, multi-purpose urban destination.
The developer has opened CCF Centris, a 3,200-square-meter facility within the 12-hectare mixed-use township, expanding the property’s existing mix of offices, retail, dining, services and transportation with new worship, sports, events and community spaces.
Launched in time for CCF’s 42nd anniversary on August 30, 2026, the new center represents another step in Eton Properties’ strategy to create more reasons for people to visit—and stay longer—at Eton Centris.
CCF Centris features a 1,300-capacity main hall, an 800-capacity sports hall and four multipurpose halls, giving the facility a combined capacity of up to 2,500 people.
The addition is expected to strengthen activity within Centris Station by bringing in a distinct and recurring community base while complementing the township’s existing business, commercial and transport uses.
“The continued redevelopment of Eton Centris reflects how we are positioning the property for long-term relevance as the needs of businesses, tenants, and the communities around us continue to evolve,” said Kyle Ellis C. Tan, president and CEO of Eton Properties.
“Our focus is not simply on adding more uses, but on building the right mix of destinations and functions that strengthen Eton Centris as a connected, accessible, and increasingly complete urban environment,” he added.
Building a stronger destination mix
The redevelopment comes as property developers increasingly look beyond traditional office-and-retail formats and focus on creating mixed-use destinations that can generate activity across different periods of the day.
For Eton Centris, that means broadening the property’s appeal to workers, commuters, families, visitors, community groups and event-goers.
CCF Centris adds another layer to that strategy, introducing facilities that can support large gatherings, sports activities, meetings and community events.
“As we continue to redevelop Centris Station, we look carefully at how each new use contributes to the property as a whole,” said Architect Adrian T. Chua, chief operating officer of Eton Properties.
“CCF Centris brings a distinct community and activity base that complements the existing office, retail, dining, transport, and service mix,” he said.
Chua added that the goal is to create a development where different uses reinforce one another, increasing the overall relevance and utility of Eton Centris for both businesses and visitors.
Strategic Quezon City location
A major advantage remains Eton Centris’ highly connected location at the intersection of EDSA and Quezon Avenue, two of Metro Manila’s busiest corridors.
Centris Station has direct access to the MRT-3 Quezon Avenue Station and is served by major public transportation routes, giving the township a steady base of commuter traffic.
The property is also surrounded by government institutions, hospitals, schools, offices, residential communities and other commercial establishments, placing it within one of Quezon City’s busiest institutional and business districts.
That accessibility supports Eton Properties’ effort to turn Centris into a destination rather than simply a transit point or office address.
Sports, events and community space
CCF Centris is the organization’s largest satellite center in Metro Manila.
Aside from its main worship hall, it houses a sports hall with a full-size basketball court that can be converted for pickleball and badminton, four flexible multipurpose halls, a Discipleship Group lounge, welcome center, administrative offices and supporting facilities.

With CCF Centris now part of the mix, Eton Properties is continuing to reposition Centris Station as a more diverse urban hub—one designed to combine business, transport, retail, recreation and community activity in a single highly accessible Quezon City location.
