DTI rolls out AI chatbot to fast-track business services

The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) has rolled out a new AI-powered online platform designed to automate frontline services and simplify regulatory compliance, making it easier for businesses across the country to secure licenses and accreditations.

“This AI chatbot is part of our push to streamline government services, eliminate red tape, and make business processes more accessible under the ‘Bagong Pilipinas’ agenda,” said DTI Secretary Cristina Roque in a statement on Friday.

The digital assistant uses artificial intelligence to deliver real-time responses, removing the need for long queues, physical visits, or delayed email exchanges. Available 24/7 via the DTI’s Integrated Registration Information System at https://iregis.dti.gov.ph/, the platform can instantly answer queries about key DTI services.

The DTI reaffirmed its commitment to improving ease of doing business and supporting the country’s long-term economic growth through digital innovation.
