QUEZON CITY – The Commission on Elections (COMELEC) will reopen voter registration on November 10, 2026, allowing eligible Filipinos to register or update their voter information ahead of the 2028 National and Local Elections.

In an announcement Tuesday, November 3, COMELEC said the registration period will continue until July 30, 2027, with services available from Tuesday to Friday, as well as on designated Saturdays and holidays.

Applicants may visit their local Office of the Election Officer, designated satellite and mall registration centers, or participate in the Register Anywhere Program (RAP) and Special Register Anywhere Program (SRAP).

The registration period will accommodate first-time voters and registered individuals seeking to transfer their records, reactivate deactivated registrations, change their names or correct personal information.

COMELEC will also process applications for the inclusion or reinstatement of voter records and the transfer of registration details from Philippine Foreign Service Posts to local election offices.

Special registration services will likewise be available for persons with disabilities, senior citizens, members of Indigenous Peoples and Indigenous Cultural Communities, and other vulnerable sectors requiring updates to their voter information.

The poll body emphasized that the registration period will give qualified voters sufficient time to verify and update their records before the 2028 elections.

COMELEC encouraged the public to complete their registration requirements early to avoid last-minute congestion and ensure their eligibility to participate in the upcoming national and local polls.
