The Commission on Elections (Comelec) signed a memorandum of agreement with SM Prime Holdings, Inc., Robinsons Land Corporation and Megaworld Lifestyle Malls to allow the conduct of mall voting on the May 12 mid-term elections.
The ceremonial signing was held Friday at the Comelec’s main office in Palacio del Gobernador, Intramuros, Manila.
