The Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board (RTWPB)-3 in Central Luzon has approved wage increases for minimum wage earners, ranging from PHP50 to PHP80, and a PHP500 raise for domestic workers, the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) announced Tuesday.

For non-agriculture workers in Bataan, Bulacan, Nueva Ecija, Pampanga, Tarlac, and Zambales, the increase will be in two tranches: PHP20 effective October 30, and another PHP20 effective April 16, 2026, bringing the minimum wage to PHP600.

Agriculture workers in these provinces will receive PHP20 on October 30 and PHP30 on April 16, 2026, resulting in a minimum wage of PHP570. Retail and service workers will get PHP20 initially and PHP50 in the second tranche, leading to PHP590.

In Aurora, non-agriculture workers will see a PHP60 increase (PHP20 on October 30 and PHP20 on April 16, 2026), raising the minimum to PHP560. Agriculture workers will get PHP30 per tranche, totaling PHP545, while retail and service workers will receive PHP40 total, reaching PHP515.

Domestic workers across the region will get a PHP500 monthly increase, making their salary PHP6,500. This covers general househelp, nannies, cooks, gardeners, and laundry personnel, but excludes occasional service providers and family drivers.

The current minimum wages are PHP550 for non-agriculture, PHP520 for agriculture, and PHP540 for retail and service in the main provinces, and PHP500, PHP485, and PHP435 respectively in Aurora. The orders were approved on September 16.
