BOC-Clark wears ASEAN-themed dress code every Monday

The Bureau of Customs – Port of Clark fully observes Civil Service Commission (CSC) Memorandum Circular 16, S. 2024 and OCOM Memo No. 06-2025 on the Implementation of the Revised Dress Code for Government Officials and Employees.

As part of this directive, employees will wear ASEAN-inspired attire every first Monday of the month and Filipino-inspired attire on the remaining Mondays, reflecting the shared cultural heritage and solidarity among ASEAN nations while fostering national pride.

This initiative aligns with the priority programs of Customs Commissioner Bienvenido Y. Rubio and President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., emphasizing professionalism, discipline, and the spirit of regional unity within ASEAN in government service.
