PASAY, Philippines—The Bureau of Immigration (BI) assured the public that its 24/7 One Stop Shop (OSS) at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) remains operational to cater to urgent immigration concerns, amid the heavy rains and flooding affecting many parts of the country.

BI Commissioner Joel Anthony Viado reminded foreign nationals to regularly monitor their immigration status and avoid overstaying.
He said the BI 24/7 OSS continues to process basic immigration services such as tourist visa extensions and exit clearances, despite the ongoing weather disturbances.
“We remain committed to serving the public, even in challenging times,” said Viado. “Our One Stop Shop and online platforms are available so foreign nationals can conveniently access immigration services and focus on enjoying their stay in the Philippines despite the bad weather,” he added.
Viado highlighted that the Bureau’s online portal, accessible via e-services.immigration.gov.ph, remains up and running to offer essential services remotely.
The BI’s NAIA One Stop Shop is located at Level 3, Departure Area, Terminal 3, and operates 24/7 to accommodate travelers in need of immediate immigration services.
