The Christmas season in Binondo officially came to life as Manila Mayor Francisco “Isko” Moreno Domagoso and Vice Mayor Angela Lei “Chi” Atienza led the grand opening of Paskuhang Chinoy at Plaza San Lorenzo Ruiz.
Joined by the city’s department heads, the two officials spearheaded the Ceremonial Lighting, illuminating the plaza with vibrant Christmas installations that instantly transformed the historic square into a festive holiday destination. The ceremony also marked the formal opening of the Christmas Bazaar, now drawing crowds of shoppers, tourists, and residents looking for a unique Christmas experience.
From giant lanterns to dazzling lights wrapped around every corner, the plaza became a series of Instagram-worthy spots for visitors.
