In the latest episode of Ogie Diaz Showbiz Update, the talent manager spilled that Claudine had purchased a prime piece of land in Greenfields, Ayala, Sta. Rosa—worth a whopping P15 million—and had already settled payment in full. But despite the hefty sum, the transfer of the property’s title has been mysteriously delayed.
“The broker said the land was already fully paid by Claudine,” Ogie revealed. “The deed of sale was ready, but the Registry of Deeds wouldn’t process it because Claudine is still legally married to Raymart.”
