The Filipino Chinese Bakery Association, Inc. (FCBAI) will host the “Bakery Fair 2025” on March 6–8 at the World Trade Center Manila. This major event will showcase a mix of tradition and innovation, promoting growth and unity within the Philippines’ baking industry.

Renowned as the industry’s most trusted platform, Bakery Fair has consistently propelled businesses forward by connecting exhibitors and suppliers with bakery owners and workers nationwide.

“Bakery Fair’s unmatched reach—down to provinces and every region—makes it the ideal venue to nurture close-knit industry relationships,” said Chris Ah, president of FCBAI. “This event isn’t just an exhibition; it’s a catalyst for economic vitality, uniting pioneers and communities to create a sweeter, brighter future for all.”

Creativity, competition, collaboration
Bakery Fair 2025 promises to dazzle attendees with three days filled with high-stakes competitions, immersive demos, and invaluable networking opportunities. At the heart of the event is The Baker’s Cup, where the nation’s top talents will compete for glory in categories, such as the “Flour Masters: Bread Baking Competition” and “The Cake Illusion: Hyper-Realistic Cake Art Competition.” One of the highlights will be the “Grand Regal Tiers Wedding Cake Display Competition,” which offers a jaw-dropping P150,000 Grand Prize.

Beyond the competitions, Bakery Fair also opens doors to global opportunities, with competitors having the chance to win cash prizes, international training, and trips to elite baking institutes.

Throughout the event, live interactive demos will be held on the Main Stage and 360° Stage, where world-class chefs will share their expertise. Meanwhile, exhibitor booths will unveil the latest tools and techniques, ensuring that attendees walk away with valuable knowledge and connections.

Bakery Fair 2025 has something for everyone, from artisan bakers to pastry enthusiasts. Attendees can enjoy thrilling competitions like the “Donut Dash” and “Cake My Day,” featuring stunning wildlife-inspired creations. Plus, it’s a great opportunity to network with industry leaders, suppliers, and peers, fostering new connections and opportunities.
