AXON Group officially launched its integrated managed workspace platform today at its flagship site, Quad, in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), introducing a “full-stack” model designed to eliminate the delays and capital burdens traditionally associated with office construction.
The company aims to disrupt the conventional office buildout process by consolidating design, engineering, construction, and capital investment under a single entity. This vertical integration allows AXON to deliver move-in ready, “zero-CapEx” offices in as little as 75 to 90 days.
Collapsing the Vendor Chain
The traditional office delivery model typically relies on a fragmented chain of independent architects, contractors, and vendors. According to AXON, this often leads to margin stacking, coordination breakdowns, and accountability gaps.
Sherwin Dela Cruz, CEO and Co-Founder of AXON Group, noted that while most companies now make scaling decisions in tight timeframes, the workspace industry still operates on outdated cycles.
He stated that AXON was built to fix this mismatch by collapsing multiple vendors and decision points into a single, accountable stack.
By owning the entire process from capital deployment to fabrication and ongoing operations, AXON claims it can absorb the technical risks and permit complexities that frequently stall corporate expansions.
Managed Workspaces as an Operating Expense
A core component of the launch is AXON Keys, a managed workspace service that converts the high upfront cost of an office fit-out into a predictable operating expense.
Unlike standard co-working spaces, these offices are built-to-suit based on a client’s specific technical and operational requirements.
The model is designed for enterprise teams that require custom environments but lack the internal resources to manage complex construction projects.
Dela Cruz, who previously managed large-scale office portfolios, explained that the system was built out of a need for reliability.
He emphasized that companies need a partner to take full responsibility for the build from start to finish rather than managing a series of individual vendor promises.
Flagship Site: Quad BGC
The launch took place at Quad, a 2,400-square-meter facility in BGC that serves as both a live commercial workspace and a proof-of-concept for AXON’s delivery capabilities.
The facility integrates several specialized divisions and partnerships, including internal joinery via Woodpecker, infrastructure from Optima glazing, and enterprise-grade AV solutions integrated by Versatech International.
The space also functions as swing space within the AXON portfolio, allowing clients to scale capacity up or down as business needs change.
AXON Group confirmed that additional sites are currently under development as the company moves to expand its platform across the region.
