Radlink Philippines Country General Manager and Fullerton Health Philippines EHS Lead Carmie De Leon (Center) takes a bow as she receives award at the 11th AWEN Awards 2025 held last November 21 in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
Carmie Pascual de Leon has been named one of the 2025 awardees of the ASEAN Women Entrepreneurs’ Network, a recognition that places her among Southeast Asia’s most influential women leaders shaping business and society. The citation highlights her impact in healthcare, wellness, and community development, as well as her role in advancing more human-centered and accessible health services in the Philippines.
As Country General Manager of RadLink Philippines and Executive Health Screening Lead of Fullerton Health Philippines, de Leon leads organizations behind the country’s first dedicated executive health screening and advanced diagnostic imaging center.
Her leadership has been instrumental in expanding preventive care, strengthening diagnostic capabilities, and positioning wellness as a strategic priority for both individuals and organizations. Colleagues and industry peers widely credit her for combining operational discipline with a strong advocacy for patient-centered care.

Under her stewardship, corporate health programs have evolved beyond routine checkups into comprehensive platforms that support productivity, long-term well-being, and organizational sustainability.
De Leon has pushed for broader access to advanced imaging, elevated standards in executive health screening, and rolled out wellness initiatives that encourage healthier habits across industries and communities. Her work reflects a belief that healthcare should not only treat illness, but actively enable people to thrive.
A defining aspect of her leadership has been the introduction of a Caring Ecosystem and a 5-Star Service Excellence framework, initiatives designed to raise the bar for patient and employee experience. These programs emphasize empathy, efficiency, and accountability, signaling a shift toward healthcare delivery that values compassion as much as clinical outcomes.
Beyond her corporate responsibilities, de Leon plays an active role in shaping people and workplace policies nationwide. She serves as chairwoman of the Wellbeing Committee of the People Management Association of the Philippines and is engaged with several leading business groups, including the Women’s Business Council of the Philippines, the American Chamber of Commerce, and the Management Association of the Philippines. Across these platforms, she consistently advocates for wellness-driven leadership, women’s empowerment, and ethical, purpose-led business practices.
Her influence also extends into creative and community spaces. An author, artist, media host, fitness instructor, and sustainability advocate, de Leon uses storytelling, movement, and creativity to promote holistic and environmentally conscious living. Anchored in faith and family, she is deeply involved in mentoring young professionals, encouraging them to lead with purpose, humility, and integrity.
Fullerton Health Philippines welcomed the recognition following the AWEN awarding ceremony held in Phnom Penh, Cambodia on November 21, where women leaders from across the ASEAN region were honored. The organization said the award affirms its commitment to making high-quality healthcare more inclusive and accessible.
Founded as a regional alliance, the ASEAN Women Entrepreneurs’ Network champions women’s leadership, entrepreneurship, and economic participation across the 10 ASEAN member states. De Leon’s inclusion among its 2025 honorees underscores her role not only as a healthcare executive, but as a catalyst for meaningful, people-first transformation in Philippine healthcare.
