Actress and social media personality Andi Eigenmann has spoken out amid swirling rumors about her relationship with professional surfer Philmar Alipayo. Taking to Instagram Stories, Andi set the record straight, denying that Philmar had ever been unfaithful and revealing their current conflict’s more profound issues.
One of the main speculation points stemmed from a woman who recently got matching tattoos with Philmar. Andi directly addressed the issue, saying she was aware of the situation and that Philmar never cheated on her.
“I am fully aware that my husband never cheated on me with this girl… I am always around when they are together,” Andi wrote.
However, she revealed that this same woman had betrayed her trust by constantly encouraging Philmar to leave her whenever they had a fight.
“I posted because this person betrayed me, encourages my husband to break up [with] me during every fight, even when I also tell my side of the story to her.”
Andi then explained that she and Philmar argued recently, after which this woman “inserted herself” into the situation by suggesting they get a spontaneous couple’s tattoo together.
“If innocent, why now when he is vulnerable? Why not when we were okay? Or why not when things have calmed down??”
She also revealed that she contacted the woman for an explanation, but her messages were ignored.
Andi acknowledges Philmar’s mistakes
While denying any infidelity, Andi admitted that she was still deeply hurt by Philmar’s actions.
“Yes, I am hurt that my husband didn’t think this would bother me. I’m not being dumb and ignoring that,” she stated.
She emphasized that anyone with good intentions would have considered a partner’s feelings before making such a decision, especially during a difficult time in the relationship.
“No normal person with good intentions would think it’s okay for a ‘friend’ to encourage someone else’s husband to do this without considering the partner’s feelings,” Andi explained.
“Even if we are in a bad fight, I would always want and choose to be okay with my husband because he is my family.”

In another Instagram Story, Andi revealed this wasn’t the first tattoo-related incident involving the same woman. She shared that the woman had previously gotten a large tattoo on her shin dedicated to Philmar, which she and Philmar found strange at the time.
“I should have called it out the first time me and my husband found it weird that she just gets a huge tattoo on her shin dedicated to him! He who is someone else’s husband!!”
Andi also admitted that friends had warned her about this woman in the past, even telling their own partners to stay away from her.
“When my other friends told me that they told their partners to stay away from her, I should’ve listened.”

Andi reflected on ignoring red flags, admitting that she had hesitated to set boundaries in their relationship.
“I have seen the red flags but chose to look beyond it. Since she was already a friend before I came into the picture, I was shy to call it out to my partner.”

Meanwhile, Philmar also took to Instagram with his statement, addressing the accusations against him.
“For whatever you all read is true, then so be it. There’s no hiding because it will be more difficult.”
