4 most wanted in Central Luzon arrested in police operations

Four of Central Luzon’s most wanted individuals were arrested in separate police operations conducted in Bulacan, Tarlac, and Zambales on Sunday and Monday, according to the Police Regional Office 3 (PRO-3).

Those apprehended were identified as Joseph Paraiso, 20, and Steven Alarcon, 23, both arrested in Bulacan; Felix San Buenaventura, 59, nabbed in Tarlac; and Renato Fernandez, 52, captured in Zambales. They are facing charges ranging from acts of lasciviousness to multiple counts of rape, with pending arrest warrants issued by local courts.

“The arrest of these four Most Wanted Persons demonstrates the unwavering dedication, courage, and professionalism of our police force in upholding the rule of law,” said PRO-3 chief Brig. Gen. Jean Fajardo. “We continue to urge the public to work closely with authorities to maintain peace and order in our communities.”

Fajardo emphasized that the back-to-back operations reflect the police’s strong resolve to pursue fugitives and protect communities from law offenders.

The arrests align with the recent launch of the “Cops On the Beat” program by President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr., which aims to enhance police presence and visibility in local communities.
