3 weather systems to bring rainy weather across PH

Several parts of the country will experience rainy weather on Saturday due to the combined effects of three weather systems, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).

In its 4 a.m. bulletin, the weather bureau reported that a shear line is affecting parts of Luzon, bringing cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms to Cagayan, Isabela, Quirino, Aurora, Quezon, and Rizal.

Meanwhile, the easterlies are expected to bring similar cloudy conditions with scattered rains and thunderstorms over the Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas, Dinagat Islands, and Surigao del Norte.

The northeast monsoon (amihan) continues to impact Northern and Central Luzon.

This system will bring cloudy skies with light rains to the Cordillera region, the remainder of Cagayan Valley, Nueva Ecija, and Bulacan.

Metro Manila, Ilocos, and the rest of Central Luzon will see partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains.

In the rest of the country, the easterlies will cause partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms.

PAGASA also issued a maritime advisory, noting moderate to strong winds and moderate to rough coastal waters over Luzon and the eastern section of the Visayas.

Elsewhere in the archipelago, winds will be light to moderate with slight to moderate seas.
