More than 250 TP employees gather before the start of the Love Laban 2026 Pride March at the University of the Philippines Diliman.
More than 250 employees of TP in the Philippines stepped out of the office and into the streets for Love Laban 2026, joining one of the country’s biggest Pride celebrations with a clear message: inclusion should be seen, felt and lived.
Led by the TP Pride Network, employees marched at the University of the Philippines Diliman under the banner “Built on Pride, United in Belonging,” standing alongside LGBTQ+ advocates, allies and partner organizations in support of equality, dignity and human rights.
The TP contingent completed the six-kilometer Pride March from University Avenue to Congressional Avenue, turning its workplace commitment to belonging into a highly visible show of solidarity.
For TP, the march was more than a colorful celebration.
It was also a statement about the kind of workplace culture the company wants to build—one where employees are respected, valued and given the freedom to thrive regardless of identity or background.
Through the TP Pride Network, the company continues to promote representation, allyship and a stronger sense of community among employees.
The turnout at Love Laban 2026 also highlighted how corporate inclusion can extend beyond policies, programs and office events.
By joining the march in large numbers, TP employees brought their message directly to the public: belonging should not stop at the workplace door.
And with more than 250 employees walking side by side, TP made sure that message was difficult to miss.
