BACOLOD CITY – Twenty-three exhibitors from Negros Occidental are showcasing products that highlight Negrense creativity, craftsmanship, and cultural heritage at the three-day Manila FAME 2026, which opened at the World Trade Center in Pasay City on Thursday.

Negros Occidental’s delegation includes 19 micro, small and medium enterprises and four associations being assisted by the provincial government in partnership with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).

DTI-Negros Occidental Director Lynna Joy Cardinal said the province’s support boosts opportunities for homegrown producers and the potential of Negrense MSMEs to compete in international markets.

“Buyers can discover Negrense products and experience the creativity, craftsmanship, and cultural heritage that make our province unique at the Manila FAME,” she added.

Manila FAME is the Philippines’ premier trade show for home decor, furniture and furnishings, fashion, holiday, and gift products, organized by the Center for International Trade Expositions and Missions.

The Negrense delegation features a diverse range of handcrafted products and creative industries, including traditional weaving, shell crafts, sericulture, handwoven pandan products, basketry, woodcrafts, artisanal wearables, crochet creations, hand-smocked children’s dresses, and contemporary fashion with heritage-inspired designs.

The Province of Negros Occidental Pavilion is located at Booths K19 to 24 and L13 to 18.

The exhibitors include Emgee By Get Spotted, Vivo Handmade, OISCA Negros, Ruby Ladies Fashion, Nexco Negros Export Industry Corp., Tumandok Crafts Industries, Bev’s Handicrafts, Negros Nine Human Development Foundation, and Tabao Handloom Woven Products. (PNA)
