In line with President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr.’s directive to strengthen road safety measures, the Land Transportation Office (LTO) has summoned a well-known motorcycle vlogger over a road rage incident that recently went viral on social media.
LTO Chief Assistant Secretary Vigor D. Mendoza II confirmed that “Yanna Moto Vlog” has been asked to appear before the agency and explain why her driver’s license should not be suspended or revoked. The summons is based on allegations that her behavior in the incident makes her an unfit and improper person to operate a motor vehicle.
โWeโve long reminded our millions of motorists that anger on the road leads to nothing goodโand many have already faced consequences for it,โ said Asec. Mendoza. โAs a social media influencer, this vlogger should have used her platform to advocate for responsible driving and road safety, not the opposite.โ

The incident, captured in a video monitored by the LTOโs Social Media Team, shows the vlogger making an obscene hand gesture toward a pick-up truck driver, whom she accused of reckless driving. The driver later confronted her, explaining that the road conditions made it difficult to drive smoothly. Despite this, the vlogger continued to argue and hurled insults even after the driver had walked away.
Transportation Secretary Vince Dizon has earlier emphasized the governmentโs commitment to curbing reckless and irresponsible driving, especially amid the rising number of traffic accidents and road rage incidents.
Although Yanna Moto Vlog has since issued a public apology following backlash online, Asec. Mendoza stated that the investigation will continue.
