The Jollibee Group has once again drawn global recognition for the way it puts its people first, earning Gallup’s highest workplace distinction and reinforcing its reputation as one of the world’s most engaged employers.

In a statement released on March 19, 2026, the company announced that it received the Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award with Distinction, the highest recognition given by Gallup to organizations that show an exceptional commitment to employee engagement and workplace culture.

The Jollibee Group also secured the Gallup Engagement Award for the fifth straight year, underscoring the consistency of its long-running people-first strategy and its continued focus on building a high-engagement organization.

What makes the recognition even more notable is that the Jollibee Group remains the only Philippine-based company to receive the Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award, highlighting how a homegrown Filipino brand continues to stand alongside top global organizations in cultivating a thriving workplace culture.
