Tripartite deal to hasten delivery of logistics and customer service



PARTNERSHIP DELIVERED: LBC strengthened its partnership with PLDT Enterprise with a new deal to deploy Flutterflow solution through ePLDT. A tripartite partnership among courier, cargo, and money remittance service LBC, PLDT Enterprise, and ePLDT is poised to revolutionize LBC's logistics and customer service capabilities through cutting-edge application development, promising a future of enhanced efficiency and customer experience. 


Under the expanded partnership, LBC and PLDT Enterprise will join forces, leveraging FlutterFlow, a Google Cloud Marketplace Solution, through PLDT's ICT subsidiary, ePLDT, in a collaborative effort to enhance logistics and customer service capabilities.

To fast-track the app build and deployment, LBC maximized Flutterflow, an AI-powered visual development platform that empowers businesses to build cross-platform native mobile and web applications faster. The strategic tech investment also enables LBC's in-house development team to efficiently build and maintain applications for various user groups, including delivery riders and customers.  


Through this partnership, the deployment of Flutterflow, and other existing resources on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP), LBC can benefit from personalized support and professional service requirements.
