Speaker Ferdinand Martin G. Romualdez receives a Meritorious Achievement Medal from Southern Luzon Command (SOLCOM) chief Lt. Gen. Facundo Palafox IV following the "Talk to Troops" program at Camp Guillermo Nakar in Lucena City Saturday (Sept. 7, 2024).
