Their meeting focused on several measures by the NLEX management for smoother travel of motorists passing through the expressway to and from Metro Manila.

This includes the implementation of "barrier-less toll booths" targeted for November, strengthening the installation of RFID on vehicles, putting up more signage, guidelines and others.

There was also an exchange of ideas between the two parties on how to further improve and make the journey of motorists more convenient and comfortable.

Meanwhile, MMDA employees participated in the Kalinga at Inisyatiba para sa Malinis na Bayan (KALINISAN) Cleanup Program conducted at Juan Ortega St., Gulayan and Bulaklakan in Barangay Holy Spirit, Quezon City on May 11, 2024.

This activity was spearheaded by the Department of the Interior and Local Government along with members of the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology, Philippine National Police and representatives from various barangays.
