The House of Representatives under the leadership of Speaker Ferdinand Martin G. Romualdez passed on third and final reading HB 10733 that seeks to give a member of the Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) in the non-career service who have less than 15 years of government service the option to continue paying voluntary contributions to make them eligible for retirement benefits.
