HOUSE CONFERS CONGRESSIONAL MEDAL OF EXCELLENCE TO CARLOS YULO. Speaker Ferdinand Martin G. Romualdez and his wife Tingog Partylist Rep. Yedda Marie K. Romualdez hand over to 2024 Olympic double gold medalist Carlos Yulo the Congressional Medal of Excellence, a copy of House Resolution No. 241 congratulating the entire Philippine delegation for their historic feat in the 2024 Paris Olympics, as well as cash incentives from the chamber. Speaker Romualdez led the House of Representatives in giving honor and recognition to the Filipino Olympians in a simple ceremony held at the Romualdez Hall Wednesday (Aug. 14, 2024).
