Some 500 beneficiaries from different barangays of Pasig were all smiles during the distribution of dentures under the Free Dentures for Pasigueño Program on Wednesday, October 16, 2024, at the Rizal High School Gymnasium.
It was a comprehensive event that catered to various health needs. In addition to distributing dentures, health lectures about hypertension, diabetes mellitus and proper denture care were held.
Flu vaccines and bone scanning were also featured, ensuring that this half-day event covered all aspects of health.
To recall, there was a registration and assessment in the Barangay Health Centers of Pasig in June 2024 and a measurement to make dentures on July 4, 2024, one of the activities that are part of the celebration of Pasig Day this year.
